Same as regular Filthy 50 except non working partner must hold 2 dumbells. Rx’d 40/25. The heavier the dumbell the bigger the time bonus.

50 Box jumps, 24/20

50 jumping pull-ups

50 KB swings

50 Lunges

50 Knees to elbows

50 Push presses 45/33

50 Back extensions (sub 50 calorie row)

50 wall balls 2014

50 Burpees

50 Double unders

*Penalty for dumbells touching the ground or ‘gaming’ is 200m run as a team
