Testimonials can be very powerful. Results arenโt usually typical and these two are no different. Most people know Bradโs story – waiting until after recovering from his first heart attack to get started. Christine also waited. She didnโt join until after the birth of her 4th child. Brad is one of the busiest people I know and Christine home schools the kids. The Hortonโs have been members since 2017.
Thereโs always going to be some kind of fear (of the unknown) when deciding whether or not CrossFit is right for you. Maybe itโs too hard, or youโre too busy. Or maybe youโre afraid because of a previous health issue or have no experience lifting weights.
Do it anyway.
Do it for you.
Do it for your family.
Do it for your business.
Do it so you live long enough to enjoy it all.ย
I don’t know if they originally did it for weight loss or because they thought that a safe strength and conditioning program was what they needed. I definitely don’t think they would’ve told their friends they were headed to CrossFit to forever change their lives…
But they did.
What if itโs way too expensive and the cost is the only thing stopping you from getting started? I say.
Do it anyway. Because itโs worth it. But donโt take my word for it.
Once you join, you can ask Brad and Christine for yourself.
